Refund Policy

MK Counselling Services (MKCS) renders services and therefore there is no provision for refund of fees paid by the User. However, the user can change the service product class to another service product class of similar or lower value as long as all the following conditions are met:

  1. The purchased service product has not been scheduled;
  2. No effort has been spent by MKCS with the user on the purchased service product;
  3. MKCS explicitly approves the switch;
  4. The service product is consumed within 15 days of payment unless specified otherwise in product service description.

The user/s is therefore deemed to have understood and accepted the above once the fee is paid to MKCS.
